Information about the project: The integration center is a physical barrier-free space for the provision of social services, information, counseling and socio-psychological assistance, measures to improve the integration of IDPs, Veterans and their families. Space for creation, planning, implementation of additional initiatives for beneficiaries. The center's schedule: Tuesday - Friday 12:00-20:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00 General information about the position The project manager is responsible for the successful implementation of the project -displaced persons in the city of Kharkiv". He/she is a key figure in the project team and works with all stakeholders to ensure the achievement of project objectives.ResponsibilitiesOverall project management which includes planning, organizing, executing, controlling project activities.Ensuring project compliance with objectives, budget and deadlines.Communicate with funds and other subjects of the project. Attend specified events and make a presentation about the project. Form project reporting: For the fund; For the work performed by all project employees for a week. Results for a month. Develop and implement project development strategies. Develop project solutions to achieve KPI of the project. Set tasks for employees and monitor their implementation. Engage in optimization of the project and the activities of all employees. Hire new employees. Approve decisions and activities of employees. Reporting on the work performed by employees and the project: Interim report - 3 times a month. Monthly report - 1 once a month. Annual report - 1 time a year. Requirements Location in Kharkiv. Work experience in a specialty or related activity of 2 years or more. Knowledge of project management methods and tools. Knowledge of the basics of marketing and communications. Skills in public speaking and information presentation. Skills in working with Microsoft Office computer programs and Google services. Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian. English from Intermediate (preferred). Attention, responsibility, communication skills, stress resistance. Conditions of employment - 30,000 UAH/month. Official employment. Work schedule of the center: Tuesday - Friday 12:00-20:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00 Vacation 24 days. Own workplace. Provision of materials for work, laptop.
