What we expect from you:

• Work experience as a Project/Product Manager in the development of software solutions from 3 years

• Experience managing development teams using the Agile Scrum methodology
• Maintaining technical documentation
• Creating technical tasks and roadmaps for the development team
• Experience working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong systemic, analytical and structured thinking
• Ability to quickly adapt
• English level - from A2 (reading, writing)

What you will do:

• Analyze and describe the existing business process automation system
• Collect and document requirements to a new business process automation system
• Design the development of a new business process automation system
• Cooperate with interested parties
• Develop a business process automation system with a development team
• Control of the fulfillment of requirements by the development team
• Preparation of user instructions.

It will be great, but not necessary, if you:

• Have a basic understanding of the architecture of ERP systems
• Know the manufacturing industry and its business processes
• Have basic knowledge of any programming language
