Project manager in Nova poshta

What you need to do: Communicate with business customers for identification of needs; Manage all stages of projects; Establish and manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders (stakeholders); projects with the help of key performance indicators; Manage risks, project budgets; Measure project effectiveness using appropriate systems, tools, methods. We expect from you: High communication skills, ability to conduct business correspondence; Ability to draw up documentation and presentations; Knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques (BPMN, etc.); Knowledge of project management programs, work on SCRUM, knowledge of JIRA; Work experience of 2 years in a similar position; Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, conduct negotiations, build team interactions; Analytical mindset, systems thinking and the ability to set priorities correctly in conditions of multitasking; Experience in managing cross-functional teams of various business departments, with the participation of the IT Department (development teams); Availability of a portfolio of launched projects.
