responsibilities:
- Ensuring project implementation in accordance with the terms of the project application, meeting deadlines , monitoring the achievement of project goals.
- Participation in the selection of a team of personnel for project implementation. li>
- Support of field staff in project planning and implementation through regular meetings and field visits.
- Ensuring monitoring and evaluation of the project (daily/weekly/monthly monitoring), interim review and final evaluation. deviations between plans and actual indicators (if necessary). >
- Preparation of reports, presentations and other materials for meetings, conferences, etc.
- < span>Promptly informing the team about safety based on the recommendations provided by the Safety Advisor.
- Ensuring that safety and child protection are optimized in their activities.
- Adherence to SOS CV policies and procedures, as well as international humanitarianary standards and principles.< /li>
- Regular reporting on project activity (narrative and financial reports).
Requirements: span> - Higher education in economics, social sciences, management or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of management experience projects in NGOs.
- Experience in one of the following areas is an advantage: child protection in emergency situations, cash and voucher assistance, livelihoods, food security, MHPSS.
- Knowledge of project cycle management, including needs assessment, design, development and implementation, M&E.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to manage/coordinate/motivate and support field office staff.
- Flexibility, ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, written and spoken.
