We are inviting a Project Manager to join the team for the management of systems for the selection of complex equipment in the field of ventilation and climate. What will be in the scope of your professional interests : Management of development processes of 2 teams: Backend/Frontend (planning, backlog, progress monitoring, review of results, retrospectives, interaction with internal customers). Coordination of work with adjacent divisions of the company and outsourced specialists (programmers, web designers, designers , system architects, etc.). Regular joint work on the product backlog and roadmap together with the product owner. Holding working meetings and briefings with the technical team, product owners. Monitoring the development process and reporting on progress. consulting on the use of software products. We expect from you: Higher technical education. Understanding of work methodology according to Agile/Scrum. General understanding of current technological stacks in the field of development and testing. Desirable experience of working with JIRA/Confluence. Knowledge of current OOP programming languages ​​and frameworks will be an advantage. Proficiency in technical English. Ability to conduct business correspondence, competent oral and written language. Organized, punctual.
