Project Manager in Integrity Vision

Integrity Vision is a Ukrainian IT company, one of the TOP-5 system integrators of Ukraine.

We develop solutions for corporate business and specialize in the automation of business processes, integration projects, information security and IT infrastructure construction.

To perform tasks:
- project team management at all stages of the project (analytics, assessment of works, planning, development, testing, installation in a productive environment);
participation in the discussion and preparation of requirements, their clarification and planning;
- management and control of the schedule and budget of the project within a certain scope, resources and deadlines;
- ensuring leadership and motivation of project team members to achieve project goals;
- managing customer and stakeholder expectations;
- managing communications between project stakeholders;
- creation and maintenance of working relationships with senior managers, cross-functional groups and project colleagues;
- decision-making within the given level of authority.

Requirements for the candidate:
- from 2 years of experience in IT project management in large companies;
- understanding of network infrastructure and technical IT background;
- knowledge and experience in project management with Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS);
- practical experience using project management tools (BigPicture/MO Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.);
- project documentation management skills;
- excellent written and oral communication skills;
- the ability to work effectively as a project team leader;
- strong analytical skills and the ability to find alternative solutions.
- technical experience: participation in the construction of project architecture (preferred).
