Functions:

• Determining the scope of the project and strategic requirements, estimating the duration of implementation and forming a road map, estimating the project budget (CAPEX/OPEX) by users, interested parties, ensuring the effective performance of tasks in the project;
• Organization of work, ensuring the implementation of business goals of the project, making management decisions to achieve timely and high-quality project results, reporting on the project for the involved parties, the steering committee and project office;
• Documentation of requests for changes, assessment of the impact of changes on the project, management of priorities, assessment of risks and response methods, resolution of open issues and problems in the project, appointment and holding of meetings of the steering committee;
• Monitoring and meeting the needs, interests and requests of customers and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Understanding development methodology and implementation of IT products or construction projects, at least one implemented project;
• Analytical abilities, systematic approach, skills to solve complex issues;
• Knowledge and practical experience in the field of Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
• One year of project management experience.
