Requirements:
2+ years of experience in software development
— Written and spoken English.
— Active use of Agile/Scrum and Kanban development principles.
— Confident work in cloud services, Jira, Google services (sheets, slides, documents).
— The ability to divide the complexity of creating user stories between business requirements, design, Backend and Frontend.
— Practical use of regular management
Responsibilities:
— Full cycle project management.
— Negotiations with the customer.
— Drawing up a project plan and agreeing on deadlines, maintaining documentation.
— Formulation of descriptions of top-level tasks and their division into user stories.
— Risk analysis.
— By dividing the product into components and distributing them among performers.
— Building a workflow in the development team, testing, working with requirements.
— Monitoring of project status, priority and progress of tasks.
— Supporting team effectiveness, motivation.
— Providing the customer with a report on completed tasks and progress of the project as a whole.
— Presentation of prototypes, demo versions and finished solutions to the customer.
Would be a plus:
— Certificates, courses confirming your skills.
— Technical education.
Working conditions:
The mechanics of the role and the motivation of the team are built in such a way that you are engaged in high-level tasks. You plan ideas, describe them in detail, approve them from the technical side and present them to the team. Then your role will be aimed at supporting and controlling the execution without micromanagement and daily checking of statuses or their sounding on the demo. After completion, the team presents each of the tasks to you, and you, in turn, present them to the customer and coordinate the release cycle.
