• lead existing projects (ensure the execution of work on time, with a given volume, of a given quality);

• attract new customers;

• prepare and present offers to potential customers;

• analyze customer needs;

• drawing up commercial proposals;

• create and maintain long-term relationships with clients;

• coordinate the work of a team of technical specialists; control the deadlines and results of work on the project;

• management of CRM.

It is very important for us that you:

• had communication experience in conducting complex negotiations with clients;

• was resourceful and knew how to quickly find solutions to various issues;

• was able to understand the needs of the client and knew how to correctly transform them wishes in the task;

• had good analytical skills;

• was able to formulate thoughts competently and clearly - orally and on paper;

• was multitasking and able to quickly switch;

• understanding of the basics of Internet marketing – desirable

• had work experience: account manager, project manager or sales manager – preferred

• possession of spoken English - upper intermediate!
