Basic requirements:

• Experience in a similar positions;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, communication, responsibility.

Functional duties:

• Managing the process of preparing the store for opening (receiving estimates, invoices from suppliers and contractors);
• Control of construction and assembly works;
• Preparation of store opening schedules;
• Communication with technical by the lessor's service;
• Approval of project documentation with technical by the lessor's service;
• Checking invoices and estimates;
• Business trips.
