The first task of the new colleague will be to accompany the portfolio of projects related to the implementation of changes in processes, in connection with changes in legislation. identification of inconsistencies in processes, their elimination; optimization of the economic efficiency of the Bank's processes. consolidation of information on the process, organization of the project team, "start" of the project; process modeling (description of the process "as is"); process execution monitoring (immersion in the process); measurements by process (determination and study of existing indicators by process, including load); determination of deviations in the process; process analysis: determination of the term, added value and losses, their causes and consequences; reorganization of processes; development and coordination of actions to eliminate deviations, process problems and to reduce losses; modeling changes / creating a new process (description of the process "as it should be"). Desire for knowledge and experience: at least 2 years of work experience in process management (in the financial, banking, or investment spheres) or in a managerial position in the direction of supporting the bank's operational activities ; experience in change management and project management; management, communication and presentation skills; command of the English language is not lower than upper-intermediate (both orally and in writing).
