What should be done as a project manager?

• writes and prepares grant applications;
• develops a plan (writes TK);
• gathers the team and coordinates its actions;
• sets up the project work process;
• provides feedback between the team and the customer;

• eliminates obstacles for the team;
• maintains documentation and reports;
• communicates with partners (as needed);
• monitors quality so that the project is completed on time, with quality and within the budget.

Requirements for the candidate:

If you have successful project management experience, English language level B2, German B2 (preferably), then most likely we are looking for you.

• Higher education;
• Experience in project management (in the medical field or charitable organizations will be an advantage);
• Experience in coordinating several projects (will be an advantage);
• li>Experience in the Asana program;
• Ability to work in a team and in multitasking conditions;
• Strategic thinking;
• Confident PC user, mc office package
