In the BCA EDUCATION project - courses for lawyers and advocates, we are looking for a project manager.

We are looking for you, a person who is always focused on results, ready to new challenges, knows how to establish communication, is oriented in the requirements of modern society, has a high level of culture and a positive attitude towards life!

Requirements:

• work experience from 6 months. in a similar position/projects
• already know or want to learn how to manage a team and projects
• can manage several projects quickly and efficiently at the same time
• have experience in launching educational online/offline programs
• constantly study the online education market
• know how to draw up technical specifications, set deadlines and achieve high quality
• work for the result, not every hour.

What does a project manager do?

• improves existing courses and develops new ones together with a methodologist
• engages in product promotion at all stages of development and launch of an advertising campaign ;
• analyzes marketing and sales results;
• responsible for the financial performance of the product and directly affects the business.
• builds a network of launches according to the plan
• li>analyzes the market and competitors, tracks trends to identify promising topics and product formats
• works with training webinars
• develops funnels
• knows how to use basic mailing services and the funnel
• knows how to calculate the funnel
• generates ideas, argues and implements them!
• effectively interacts with coaches and the team. and this is far from a complete list tasks:)
