Responsibilities : coordination ofsoftware testing projects; building and maintaining relations with clients that are based intrust; planning and prioritization oftasks; quality control ofsoftware testing (employee reports and all artifacts) and risk analysis; forecasting problem moments and situations, making proposals for their solution; control over the terms and scope oftasks and timely notification ofthe client; making proposals toexpand the team onthe project, search and proposals for the supply ofnew/ improvement ofexisting services; organization ofthe testing team (training onthe project, introduction tothe course, adaptation, and preparation for interviews); motivation and building effective teamwork; maintaining and forming documentation and reporting, providing ittothe client. Required skills: working asaProject Manager for 1.5+years; level ofEnglish isUpper-Intermediate orabove; experience working with several projects simultaneously (preferably afull cycle); understanding the stages ofthe project life cycle (SDLC, STLC); ability toprioritize tasks and build awork plan following these priorities; desire toadhere tohigh standards ofwork, focus onservice quality, and responsibility tothe client; desire toengage inteam development and training; ability towork inmultitasking mode; ability tobalance the interests ofthe business and the team. Itwill beaplus: Dev/ QAtechnical background (education, completed courses, etc.); experience inproduct oroutsourcing companies, possibly indigital agencies.
