giftmall is a product company that helps to effectively manage motivation and reward processes for employees in the Employee Recognition category ranging from congratulations on the holidays to rewards for significant achievements or KPIs.

We have our own catalog of rewards, which is presented in four countries (Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Spain), a mobile application and an API that allows integration into any existing system on the client side.

We are currently looking for an ambitious Project Manager, who has the experience and desire to influence, develop the product and is not afraid of challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the backlog of tasks
• Writing technical documentation
• Prioritizing requirements and customer problems, finding ways to solve them
• Forming and detailing a task plan based on customer feedback
• Creating timely and understandable plans, setting control points
• Cooperation with the development team
• Systematization, implementation and improvement of processes
• Initiation and launch of new projects
• Monitoring and control of project implementation
• Project resource planning
• Project risk management and development of strategies to minimize them

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in the position of Project Manager
• English language proficiency at a level not lower than B1
• Critical thinking
• Ability to manage several directions at the same time
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Understanding and experience using IT project management frameworks such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban
• Knowledge of REST API principles
• Ability to manage customer expectations
• Experience with Figma
• Technical experience, understanding of programming fundamentals and technologies
• Ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty and quickly change strategies
• li> High level of organization

Will be a plus

• Experience in team management
• Experience with B2B products
• Knowledge of German, Spanish or Polish, not lower than the average level (B1)
• Technical education
