Izobud group of companies has been successfully operating in the market of Ukraine and Poland for more than 20 years. It includes: “Izobud-SK” (construction of residential and industrial facilities), “Izobud Project” (design), “Izobud-trade” (distribution of roofing materials and accessories), “Izobud-plast” (production of metal-plastic structures, windows, doors).

Now the company and its owner have reached a new level of development, and a decision was made to organize another line of business. “Izobud Invest” is a company that attracts Ukrainian investors to development projects in Poland, which the company “Izobud Group” itself implements. 

Having vast many years of experience in the fields of real estate, construction and business development, the company sets itself new goals: to open prospects for Ukrainian entrepreneurs and businessmen to receive European capital and the possibility of investing in foreign real estate; share professional experience in terms of developing your business and increasing income.

It is planned to involve two people with non-overlapping responsibilities in the Izobud Invest project. For the first three months, the employee will receive comprehensive training to fully become acquainted with and immerse himself in the Izobud Invest project:

• Accounting, documentation and legal issues;
• Study of the entire range of company products and their features.
• Communication mentoring.

You will work in the center of Kyiv (Arsenalnaya metro station) in the modern Arsenal office center with a fully equipped workplace, kitchen and lounge areas . Full-time work from 9:00 to 18:00, Mon-Fri, 24 days of paid vacation, paid sick leave. Quarterly bonuses from meeting KPIs will be added to the salary rate. 

- Client Relations Manager:

Your responsibilities will include everything related to project communications.

Comprehensive communication and documentary support for the project and clients . Starting from telephone consultation to company representation at global events. Presentation of products, both in personal meetings with clients and at business forums. Preparation and maintenance of documentation for clients, financial accounting of sales, preparation of reports for the client. Communication with partners of the Polish office. Fulfillment of assigned tasks from the manager. 

- Marketing Manager / Project Manager:

Your responsibilities will include everything related to the marketing promotion of the project. 

In line with the chosen strategy, carry out the tasks set by the manager. Collection and analysis of information for further development of the project. Organizing exhibitions, conferences, seminars, working with associations, advertising on the Internet. Maintaining social networks. Drawing up budgets (cost calculation), preparing and negotiating contracts for organizing events. Search, communication and control of contractors and deadlines.
