Responsibilities: • To ensure the implementation of project deadlines ensuring high product quality. • Analyze and manage risks, as well as effectively react to the project in order to minimize the negative impact on the result. • Ensure transparency of processes and effective interaction between project participants, taking into account communication skills. • Organize the distribution of tasks and resources to optimize development processes, introducing new technologies and innovations. • To improve the work of the team, ensuring their satisfaction and motivation. • Provide reports on work performed and results achieved. • Keep documentation of design decisions and development processes. Requirements: • Experience in a similar position from 1 to 2 years. • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Bash, SQL, and Git, as well as understanding of web services application architecture. • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team. • Skills in resource management and development process optimization, including task allocation. • Experience in managing risks and changes in software development projects. • Ability to formulate requirements and document project solutions, as well as the ability to quickly respond to project requirements. • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty of changes, ability to effectively manage the time of learning development methodologies.
