• Lead presale and discovery phases, shaping the product vision and roadmap.
• Make strategic decisions regarding product offerings.
• Manage product features, backlog, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Work closely with stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Mentor and guide team members to implement best practices in product development.
• Oversee risk management, maintain decision logs, and manage changes effectively.
• Conduct sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Cultivate a collaborative and productive team environment.

🚀 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong skills in managing the full product lifecycle from presale to market.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
