Requirements: —Minimum of2years ofcommercial experience asanIT project manager, preferably inweb/mobile development. Proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering projects ontime and within budget; —Upper-intermediate level orhigher proficiency inEnglish, both spoken and written; —proven track record ofsuccessful cooperation and direct communication with clients from various regions, including Europe and the US; —understanding ofvarious engagement models (Time &Materials, Fixed Cost, Dedicated Team, Support, etc.) torecommend and implement the most appropriate model for each client project; —attention todetail, strong time-management skills and ability tohandle multiple activities; —responsibility and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: —Managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution within budget and minimizing risks; —fostering acollaborative atmosphere and promote clear communication between teams (developers, designers and clients); —participating inthe presale process and assisting with project estimation; —utilizing various methodologies toplan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress; —regularly reporting project progress, budget utilization, risks and impacts, and change requests toclients; —analyzing and collecting project requirements, specs writing; —conducting discovery phases; —providing reports tosenior management onresource planning, project status, risks and opportunities; —leading cross-functional teams (2-6 members), including developers, designers andQA inaKanban and Scrum environment.
