We are currently looking for a strong Project Manager who will strengthen the team in managing our R&D projects and help in achieving strategic goals. goals of the Company (we will give preference to candidates from the city of Kyiv)

Tasks that will be in the work:

• ensure and control of project life cycle procedures, completeness and relevance of documentation, reporting;
• provide the project with necessary resources, planning, budgeting;
• compile and maintain: project passport , roadmap, assessment and priority of tasks;
• interact with stakeholders and the team;
• monitor changes in customer needs, offer the right solutions in advance from the full range of available solutions;
• provide proactive constructive input on solutions to be considered for product improvement and/or creation;
• monitoring of project responsibilities by key individuals (TechLead, department heads, other services);
• manage risks, anticipate problems before they occur and collaborate with relevant personnel to develop solutions.

Skills required:

• experience work as a Project Manager and creation of hardware products from 3 years;
• project management: basics of project management, planning and control over project implementation, financial indicators;
• ability to set up coordinated work teams, keep the team in focus and direct them to the set goals in a short period of time;
• orientation on solving problems, the ability to get to the bottom of things;
• management of customer expectations.

Necessary personal qualities:

• communication, presentation and leadership skills;
• excellent organizational and time management skills;
• attention to details, ability to see the project on a large scale.
