About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product/Project Manager to join our team and manage all product-related improvements and new features for our SaaS software product. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between the development and QA teams and the software company product management. You will play a key role in managing active sprints, planning upcoming sprints, handling software issues, and prioritizing critical issues.

Responsibilities:

— Sprint Management:
· Oversee active sprints, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
· Plan upcoming sprints based on product roadmap and team capacity.
· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

— Product Improvements and New Features:
· Work closely with product management to understand product vision and customer needs.
· Translate product requirements into technical tasks for the development team.
· Monitor the progress of new features and improvements from development to QA.
· Experience working with JIRA software to manage all matters and detyails related to our software product and sprints.

— Issue Management:
· Track and prioritize critical software issues and bugs.
· Coordinate with development and QA teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Document and track customer escalation processes and issues.

· Stakeholder Communication:
· Act as a liaison between development, QA, and product management teams.
· Provide regular updates on project status and issues to company management.
· Communicate effectively with customers regarding product updates and issue resolution.

— Documentation and Process Improvement:
· Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint plans and issue logs.
· Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
· Create monthly and quarterly summary of KPI’s for the product status

— Team Leadership:
· Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
· Resolve process related issues with the best practices.

Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
· Experience with project management tools and software.
