We’re looking for a  Project Manager to boost up the Phenomenon team and push projects through to the finish line! If you are a self-starter and a team player who is ready to take charge of teams and help exceed our client’s expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

✅ What will be advantageous:

• 2+ years of previous Project Management experience working with software engineering teams
• Deep understanding of design and development processes, and understanding of project lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of common coding languages, app architecture, and tech stacks
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience using JIRA, ClickUp, or other project management software
• Excellent documentation, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
• Effective communicator dealing with both technical and non-technical people
• Excellent time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Feeling comfortable making data-driven decisions
• Advanced English both spoken and written
• Background with blockchain industry experience will be a plus

✅ Your future goals and tasks:

• Developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans, budget, and resource estimates, scoping, and requirements through implementation and deployment
• Monitoring task completion, removing roadblocks, communicating progress to stakeholders
• Organizing and maintaining clear technical documentation
• Managing the expectations both internally and externally
• Develop solutions to problems during the project
• Keep the team working towards the same goal
