Now the company is looking for "Project manager of the recruiting department". We are looking for a real manager with strong leadership qualities who will improve the work of an already formed team.
Requirements:
- Candidate without recruiting experience
- Team management experience ( 15 + people)
- Ability to effectively manage a team and contribute to its development
- Ability to analyze data and make sound management decisions
- Experience in optimizing and automating business processes
>- Experience in developing instructions and methodological materials
- Experience in collecting and analyzing department performance and presenting analytics
- Successful experience in implementing business processes/projects
- Negotiation experience
- Proactivity, "flexibility" and the ability to adapt to business requirements
- Decision-making speed
- An understanding of HR and business processes as a whole (in the format product company)
Main tasks:
- Implementation of new methods of search and evaluation of candidates
- Optimization of recruiting process: reducing time and costs for recruitment
- Formation of internal policies, rules and procedures to ensure effective staff work
- Implementation of a communication strategy to support mutual understanding and cooperation in the company
- Support of core HR processes in divisions to achieve strategic business goals
- Presentation of internal and external HR analytics for business owners
- Support of the recruiting department as a separate project and reintegration into a full-fledged recruiting department agency (recruitment for the internal needs of the company, and cooperation in the B2B format)
