We are an international 3D visualization and modeling studio, helping companies from 10 + countries to create photorealistic images of their products and ideas. We are 5 years old. During this period, we have implemented 1500+ projects. Our team has grown from 2 to 28 cool professionals. We work with clients from 10+ countries (USA, Great Britain, Australia, Canada, etc.). We are currently looking for a proactive PM who loves management with all his heart and in his work shows the best qualities of a strong manager and wants to further develop in this profession. You can become a part of our team if you have the following skills: - English. Level B2 (minimum), which allows you to confidently communicate with clients, argue decisions, explain the essence of the work performed.— Planning. You correctly determine the priority of work, take into account possible changes in circumstances during planning. You set realistic deadlines for the completion of work.—Orientation on the final result. You change and adapt the work process based on the needs of the client. You look for and propose solutions to exceed the client's expectations. You ensure correctness and the highest quality of project implementation. — Control. You analyze the tasks performed by the team, monitor the compliance of the results with the technical requirements, provide feedback and the necessary recommendations. You take an active part in morning stand-ups with the team.— Effective communication. You have healthy communication skills. You place the right accents in communication. You show sincere interest in other people's views and interpret them correctly. You adapt your communication style to different interlocutors. You give quality feedback.—Attention to details. You notice small nuances, mistakes in the work of your team, apply this skill to the successful implementation of the project. — Flexibility and adaptability. It will be a plus: — Experience in managing projects in a design studio, digital agency. you will be engaged in:— Manage modeling and visualization projects (on average — 4-7 projects simultaneously, project duration — 5-30 days, depending on complexity and volume).— Communicate with clients to detail project tasks.— Conduct briefings and presentations to the customer.— Write project documentation, draw up TOR.— Assign tasks to your teamsand ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.— Conduct daily team meetings.— Analyze and plan team workload.— Conduct performance evaluation of current processes and, where necessary, improve them.
