Restart is a spatial development agency that builds the future through the transformation of the present. It began its activities in 2018 as part of the ZVIDSY Agency, and in March 2022 joined with another project in the Restart team as a response to the challenges faced by the cities and communities of Ukraine, their reconstruction and further development after the start of a full-scale invasion.

We are looking for a Project Manager to work together on a project with the United Nations Habitat Program (UN-Habitat).

Responsibilities:

• work in a team dealing with spatial development projects of Ukrainian communities in an international team;
• organization and coordination of work of colleagues;
• implementation of effective communication with colleagues/partners/community representatives;
• work with work schedules, monitoring compliance with the timely completion of tasks.

What we expect:

• relevant work experience; the experience of participating in projects related to spatial planning or interaction with territorial communities will be an advantage.

Hard skills:

• ability to organize the work of a team of 3-5-10 people;
• time management skills;
• ability to work with planning documents (or desire to understand this topic);

Soft skills:

• English not lower than B2 (ability to communicate and correspond);
• high communication and organizational skills;
• autonomy and initiative, attention to details;
• having an education in the field of urban planning/architecture, or experience in informal education in this field (summer schools, courses, workshops, etc.) will be a great advantage.
