Right now, we are seeking a professional manager who will execute projects from start to finish, set the right priorities and allocate resources intelligently. You will need to interact closely with the team, oversee all aspects and stages of projects and have a clear psychological portrait of each team member in order to understand how to distribute team efforts at each moment. Our ideal candidate must be able to solve any problems, communicate professionally with clients, be aware of all project details and know the answers to all questions (or where to get them).

Requirements​​​​​​​: ​​​​​​​

• Competent to lead the team and take own responsibility;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational, record retention, time management, decision making, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
• Intermediate written and spoken English is a must (interaction with international clients);
• Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results;
• Willing to perform additional activities outside own area of expertise.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Executing projects around the world;
• Coordinating team members, client representatives and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (tables, reports, etc.);
• Distributing employees among projects, taking into account the priorities of the studio, and not only of your own projects;
• Solving any sudden emerging issues on the project.
