We are looking for a Project Manager to join Teamvoy and take charge of two ongoing projects, with the opportunity to lead and drive new projects in the future.

Project Description:

• One project involves a platform based in the USA that supports private psychotherapy practices. You will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the platform stability and drive continuous improvements based on client’s needs.
• The other project is with a New York-based company that has developed a modular block system for constructing large-scale structures. Your role will focus on managing the support of a virtual 3D builder, implementing new features, and addressing existing issues to ensure smooth operation and ongoing development.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of commercial experience working as a Project Manager;
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Management;
• English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level;
• Proficiency in Project Management tools: Atlassian, Jira and Confluence;
• Project management experience with knowledge of fundamental methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.);
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Experience in developing product roadmaps with the involvement of external and internal stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team;
• Understanding of UI/UX for web and mobile applications;
• High self-motivation and ability to work in a team;
• Understanding of client business goals.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, execution, and control of IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle;
• Managing project development and making adjustments as needed to meet customer requirements;
• Coordinating the work of the project team, including developers, designers, testers, and other departments;
• Monitoring and reporting project progress, including budget and timelines;
• Defining and analyzing client requirements and ensuring project execution meets those requirements;
• Developing and implementing project plans, including creating and executing work schedules, cost estimation, budgeting, and task allocation;
• Preparing regular reports and project progress updates;
• Supporting and enhancing the efficiency of project management, participating in team knowledge and skill improvement;

Would be a plus:
• Experience in web application development using Ruby on Rails;
• Experience in mobile application development;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
