The project isanew platform that offers users the opportunity tobuy, sell, orrent properties, aswell asinvest partially inexisting orunder-construction real estate assets. Additionally, the platform features avirtual tour function for property exploration. Blockchain technology will beuse toensure the secure and transparent recording oftransactions involving assets and potentially for the issuance ofsecurity tokens. The following team will beworking onthe project: Project Manager, Business Analyst, UI/UXDesigner, Solutioun Architect. You will : —Beresponsible for ensuring high quality while ensuring timely delivery ofcustomer’s business requirements within the specific business initiative/project; —Manage the entire production and delivery process based onbrief spec documentation: delivery projects ontime, within budget, depending onproject stages (planning, development); —Budget control (depend onproject type TMor FixedPice)—Вeresponsible for successfully sprint closure and scope control; —Resolve Сonflicts both internal tothe team and with clients; —Provide day-to-day client communications, and present intelligible reports; —Encourage teams toadd customer value through continuous Improvement; —Evaluate the risks and handle them (analyze &report/escalate problems ordelays inmeeting commitments toleadership); —Take responsibility ofyour actions and decision; Now ifyou have : —3+years working experience asaProject manager inIT outsourcing company; —Good understanding ofproject management areas inaccordance with Agile Practice Guide; —Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish; —Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. —Strong knowledge offull-cycle project management techniques, ability toestimate, track, and refine complex projects; —Experience inmanaging Fix Price and T&M projects —Practical experience ofusage the main project management tools (JIRA); —Confidence while talking todevelopers; —Understanding ofprioritization. “Needs todoitnow/immediately/yesterday”; —Communicative, problem-solving, and motivational skills; —Think out ofthe box mindset— sometimes, you have tosolve aproblem that you cannot find inPMBOK, oreven google does know aboutit. —Great sense ofattention todetail. —Client orientation and knowledge onhow tobring business values.
