Brights continues to expand, and we seek a Project Manager with a results-driven approach paired with strong leadership and communication skills.

Our ideal candidate possesses solid experience in PM methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

For this role we provide a range of projects with lower complexity to elevate your experience in a team of like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning, setting goals, tasks, and scope of work;

• Work with customer requirements, and meet their expectations;

• Prepare project documentation and keep it up to date;

• Control and coordinate the workload of your team members (mostly 2-5 people, bigger projects up to 15), and help them with problems that arise during development processes;

• Maintain open and strong business relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery for at least 1 year;

• Understanding of how web technologies work;

• Experience in the preparation of commercial proposals and assessment of labor costs;

• Deep understanding of Agile philosophy and ability to apply methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to projects of various complexity;

• Ability to understand complex client requests and turn them into technical descriptions;

• Ability to identify risks, and coordinate with the team to find mitigation strategies;

• High level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

• B2+ level of written and spoken English.

Would be a plus:

• Basic programming skills;

• Familiarity with current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the web technology landscape;

• Understand software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements.
