We can create and launch products for our customers ten times faster, helping them test their ideas and achieve their business goals 🚀 Join the team in the role of Project Manager, who will closely cooperate with other customers, starting from the pre-sale stage of the product launch, so that the projects are implemented in accordance with the requirements for quality, time and budget. Our projects are usually small in size and last 2-4 months. At first, you will work on one project, but sometimes it can be 2-3 projects at the same time (in different stages). Necessary skills: You have 1-2 years of experience in IT outsourcing project management; You know how to collect information from customers and users and transform it into business requirements, user stories and software requirements; You know how to set priorities in the development of product functionality in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders; You have experience in successfully resolving conflicts and minimizing risks; You have strong written communication skills; You have an advanced level of English (written and spoken). It will be a plus: UX skills (working in Figma, creating wireframes and prototypes); Experience in conducting competitor user research (user interviews, user tests, competitor analysis) to make product decisions.
