• Higher education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in running IT projects (including software development) in large organizations
• Practical knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMI, Agile) and tools supporting project management (e.g. MS Project, EPM, JIRA)
• Experience in work related to data processing (data warehouses, BI systems) and IT software development and integration
• Experience in running projects in large organizations or administration
• Ability to effectively assign and settle tasks entrusted to project team members
• Organizational skills, ability to establish relationships and maintaining long-term relationships, responsibility, focus on the goal
