• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management Upper-intermediate English both written and verbal
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience in managing teams of 10+ team members
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience in middle size outsource or product company
• Solid experience in scope management, requirements gathering, estimation and planning
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and decisiveness
• Technical background

Responsibilities:

• Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project
• Communicate daily with the client to share project status and identified issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/iteration sсope, objectives, and deliverables
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Working closely with the team on project phases goals
• Analyzing requirements, creating backlogs
• Be proactive and be able to point out problems
• Manage project risks, ensure timely escalation
• Empower team members to make decisions, take ownership of tasks and collaborate effectively
• Conduct one-to-one sessions with team members
• Analyze, plan and develop scheduled projects
• Hold regular team meetings
