WarmDevs is a young IT company specializing in design, development of web and mobile applications. Our clients are energetic entrepreneurs from Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, etc.

We are looking for an ambitious and hard-working team member who is constantly developing and results-oriented.

Required skills

• experience working with UX, Dev teams
• understanding of interface design principles and web technologies
• proactivity and drive to the continuous improvement of the team's work processes and personal skills
• the ability to set up not only a high-quality process, but also to create friendly relations in the team
• confident knowledge of SLDC
• the ability to manage several projects in practice
• spoken English from Upper Intermediate and above
• ability to communicate competently with the client
• understanding of the development cycle of mobile applications or web applications
• ability to work unsupervised, with little management control
• excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure

Will be a plus:

< li> Experience in leading engineering teams (5+ employees)
• Experience as a project manager from 1 year.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, the ability to reasonedly defend their decisions.
• Experience in direct communication with foreign customers will be an advantage
• Experience in the position of Manual QA

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's projects from the creation of the concept to the very implementation of design and development
• Control the compliance of the project with technical requirements, quality level and stated terms
• Perform project management activities related to the project life cycle , in all its stages
• Manage current projects
• Plan the priority of tasks and subtasks
• Analyze and create a work plan
• Be attentive to details
• Maintain communication and development processes in accordance with organizational standards
• Contribute to company development and participate in retrospectives
• Be responsible for implementing retrospective decisions
