We are looking for a Project Manager to our team!

Our experts work with various technologies, including web development, mobile applications, as well as integration solutions. We actively participate in projects aimed at improving access to public services through digitalization, creating systems for electronic citizen appeals, online registers and other services.

Among the company's projects: the Unified portal of public services "Diya", the Unified ecological platform "Ekosistema", an electronic policy for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications , web portals for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, etc.

About the project: < /strong>The main project activity of the Project Manager in the company will be focused on the development of online services for state institutions of Ukraine, among which is the DIYA Portal, the main customer of which is the Ministry of Digital Transformation.


Required professional skills and experience:

  • successful team management experience from 2 years (BA, QA, low-code Developer, in total up to 9 -you people in a team);
  • experience of working in highly loaded IT projects;
  • experience of organizing the development process of complex web services;
  • experience of working with JIRA or similar systems ;
  • understanding of various project management methodologies and experience in their application;
  • English language level - Intermediate+.

  • ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and unforeseen circumstances.

  • ability to listen and understand customer needs;
  • ability to explain information clearly and comprehensibly.

  • readiness for training and professional development.


Responsibilities:

  • project planning, formation of final requirements and tasks together with BA, the client and stakeholders, taking into account the specifics and features of the client, taking measures to comply with agreements;
  • if necessary, participation in the UpSale/PreSale of the company with existing or new customers;
  • participation in the formation of budgets and effective use of company and project resources;
  • adherence to the project schedule, use of metrics and additional tools for analyzing the current situation, tracking problem points and their visualization; managing the project team, setting tasks for the team, working with the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, creating an effective working environment; implementation of quality control methods and responsibility for project execution in accordance with current standards;
  • interaction with all stakeholders (both stakeholders and employees within the company) to ensure compliance with expectations, transparency and understanding of next steps for comfortable interaction (including necessary reporting, timely informing about innovations or changes, etc.);
  • participation in incident management: analysis and risk management, preventive work on possible incidents, and solving current problems that may arise while working on the project.
     

Are there long-term projects?

Each direction includes many different projects, so stable employment we we guarantee The Project Manager will be involved in cross-project management (3-4 projects per team). in connection with the expansion of the team.

What is the staff turnover on the project?
The turnover is minimal, at this time the team is expanding.

  • Is there a trial period and how long does it last? - up to 3 months, but you can finish it earlier (it will depend on the results of your work).
  • What is the work schedule? - depending on the team, approximately from 09:30 to 18:30.
  • Is it possible to work remotely? - yes, we have no requirements for the candidate's territorial placement, but the city of Kyiv will be an advantage.
  • Number of vacation days? — 24 calendar days + company holidays (during military operations, we only have three company holidays - Easter, Veterans Day and Christmas).
  • Number of paid sick days per year? — 5 hospital days per year without a doctor's note. With a certificate, the number of days is unlimited, but of course it is better not to be sick)
  • There is an opportunity to study and improve qualifications, both within the company (individual development plan) and outside of it (all kinds of courses, trainings, up to 70% from the cost is paid by the company).
  • Is there an opportunity to do sports? — of course, the company in partcompensates the costs of the gym and other sports activities.
  • In addition, we try to support our employees and provide the opportunity to receive compensation for the services of a psychologist, as well as material support and three additional days off from the company in necessary moments of life.

According to the process:

  • Who conducts the resume review? — HR, Chief Program Officer/Chief Delivery Officer
  • Is there a test task? - no
  • How many stages of the interview and with whom? — the order may change, but usually we have 2-3 stages:
  • Stage 1 — interview with HRG (duration up to 60 minutes — we check to what extent we and you coincide in terms of values ​​and the presence of the competencies we need in zoom or google meet).
  • Stage 2 - technical interview with Chief Program Officer/Chief Delivery Officer - we focus on standard, rather "objective" questions to understand the technical level of knowledge and familiarity with technologies.
  • Stage 3 is meeting our CEO and CHRO (optional).
