Project Manager/Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project planning, on schedule and effective time and resource management
• Overseeing the proper organization of work on the construction site, including managing human and material resources to ensure work efficiency
• Ability to work with changes in the project, including estimating and recording additional work , preparation of timely applications and claims management
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure completion within established budget
• Maintain positive client relationships, communicate to understand their needs and expectations, and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Management of the financial process of the project, including invoicing, settlements with customers and repayment of obligations to subcontractors
• Involvement in the process of creating proposals, analyzing risks and implementing strategies for future initiatives

Desired competencies:

• Education: higher (construction, economics)
• Possession of a category B driver's license
• Willingness to work in field
• Team management experience
• Organizational skills
• Communication and relationship building skills
• Work experience in one of the following areas is welcome: anti-corrosion, petrochemical, industrial and energy industry,
• Good knowledge of office package,
• Knowledge of English language min. Level B2 (oral and written)
• Knowledge of another language will be an additional advantage
