We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Delivery Manager to oversee and lead complex projects and delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large teams, driving project success, and ensuring high-quality delivery within stipulated timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate a team of 15+ members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage project budgets, and ensure optimal team performance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, team performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role managing large teams.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 15+ members, with strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments.
