About us: We are a group of engineers creating a design office for high-reliability electronic devices and systems. Our competences focus on creating hardware and radio technologies, thanks to which we deal with interesting projects in the areas of smart city, industry 4.0, maritime, defense and space missions on a daily basis. We are looking for a person for a newly created position in connection with the development of our design activities. Video (2 min): Position: Project Manager Scope of responsibilities: · Management and implementation of several R&D projects in parallel in accordance with the assumptions of material and financial schedules: o Managing current tasks of subordinate project teams o Preparing project documentation o Controlling the costs of implemented projects · Controlling conditions and implementation of contracts with subcontractors · Cooperation with clients in the field of consultations and substantive and technical · Preparing reports for the management board on implemented projects along with comments on threats to achieving the assumed long- and short-term goals · Others indicated by the superior Our requirements: Necessary Minimum 5 years of experience in the required activities Commitment and pro-activity in cooperation and team management Focus on goals to be achieved within the project constraints Good work organization Fluent knowledge of Polish (native or C2 level) Knowledge of JIRA welcome Experience in implementing and settling R&D projects with funding Good knowledge of English (min.
