Project manager in IT INNOVATIONS

We, the IT INNOVATIONS group of companies, headed by the managing company IT INNOVATIONS LLC, with a central office in Kyiv, are engaged in professional software development and engineering to order, developing our own products, we have an experienced R&D department and integrate solutions according to customer requirements. It has been on the market for 10 years.

Needed skills:
• planning and management experience in Scrum, Kanban
• selection of the optimal methodology for the project
• organization of the work process
• participation in writing technical specifications, user story
• control of statuses, work with edits from the customer - both independently and together with BA, tech lead, internal product owner, other team members
/>• knowledge of the English language at the level of free communication
• working with a team to implement ideas, tasks
• experience working with Jira
• handing over releases and projects to customers
• desire to grow and to develop
• readiness to work as a PM-assistant and to take over the development process from other PMs of the company at various stages
• gathering a team for projects both from the company’s staff and conducting interviews with new developers (together with the HR department )
