GIS Art is looking for a middle/senior PM to manage our big long-term project (20 people) in the medical transportation industry and other small projects using GIS.
Required Hard Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT
- Experience in the management of large, long-term projects with 15+ team members
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience in measurement and improvement of customer satisfaction
- Experience in promoting the team results to the customer
- Experience in the development and maintenance of project documentation (plans, process specifications, meeting notes, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.
- Experience working with foreign clients
- Upper-Intermediate English

Duties
- Participation in presales: communication with the customer, planning discovery phase.
- Management of new small projects: planning, initiation; resource and budget management; risk management; tasks distribution; tracking and reporting the progress; ensuring following deadlines; identifying bottlenecks/issues and taking corrective action when necessary; communication with the client regarding progress, plans, and priorities; facilitating effective communication within the project team, including conducting regular meetings; motivation of the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; team performance management; client relationship management; maintaining project documentation.
- Management of the main big long-term project: improvement of the development process and communication; risk management; maintaining strategy and plan; tracking and reporting the progress; ensuring following deadlines; distribution of tasks between teams; identifying bottlenecks/issues and taking corrective action when necessary; communication with the client regarding progress, plans, and priorities; facilitating effective communication within the project team and between the team and the customer, including conducting regular meetings; motivation of the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; team performance management; client relationship management; maintaining development process documentation.
