Your skills:

1. Experience as a Project Manager in a DevOps/Development team from 3 years.
2. Understanding of common R&D and SDLC processes.
3. Understanding why the following systems and software are used: Jenkins, GitLab, Grafana, Zabbix, Graylog, Docker, VPN, Kubernetes.
4. Understanding the role of the Scrum master and project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean etc).
5. Experience and use of Activity Diagram.
6. Understanding the Gantt Chart, WBS.
7. Understanding and applying the Walking skeleton pattern in project development.
8. Ability to work under pressure from both sides (requesters, team).
9. Ability to build a task prioritization process.
10. Experience in developing RACI matrices.

1. Interaction with customers: coordination of tasks, priorities, requirements.
2. Formation, planning and execution of the project scope.
3. Carrying out SCRUM activities.
4. Team facilitation.
5. Control of project reporting and unit economy reporting.
6. Analysis and risk management on projects.
7. Resolving conflict situations, solving problems.
8. Control of implementation of project goals and strategy.
9. Gathering feedback using questionnaires and meetings with clients.
