The main task is the development of the Publishing direction. 

ENKO is a Ukrainian music multi-genre label, the goal of which is to create new Ukrainian music and promote it around the world. The label, which is the fastest growing on the Ukrainian market, strengthened its success with the victory of the Kalush Orchestra at Eurovision and is the main Ukrainian partner of the major labels Sony Music Group and Universal Music Group.

Main requirements:< /p>

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant position in the direction of management\sales\administration of business processes;
• experience in conducting commercial negotiations and attracting new partnerships;
• experience in communicating with clients and establishing partnerships; 
• Spoken English (Intermediate and above);
• ability to effectively coordinate all participants in the process; 
• creative approach to solving problem situations;
• experience working with deadlines and the ability to set priorities;  
• willingness to work to achieve the overall goal of the label - the spread of Ukrainian musical culture. 

Will be a big plus:

• general understanding of copyright and related rights; who is the author of the song and the process of writing works; 
• experience in the music industry or related, where there is interaction with the authors of works\songs\compositions.
• experience of starting a project or process from 0.

Key roles:

• organization of finding clients (artists) for cooperation with publishing sound producers;
• establishing new partnerships with sound producers;

• communication with clients (artists);
• control of payments and analysis of royalty reporting;
• communication with Sony Music Publishing, etc. partners according to the terms of cooperation with the label;
• control of work on collecting royalties for full-management artists and artists signed for distribution;
• project reporting; budgeting of the department;
• coordination under the Sample Replace project.
