Project Manager in Dynamica Labs

Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Gold Partner) is looking for a motivated Project Managers / Business Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, result-oriented professionals with deep commitment to success.

Successful candidate can progress to Customer Success Manager, Solution Architect or Digital Transformation Consultant.

REQUIREMENTS:

— 2 + years of experience in a similar role

— Written and verbal English level is upper intermediate or higher;

— Proven attention to details;

— Ability to work independently;

— Resourceful and result oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills;

— Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly attitude;

— Passion to work with technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Understand and learn clients' business process, research best practices;

— Requirements gathering, business analysis from documents, emails, call meetings with clients and video demonstrations;

— Assist development team in customisation of Dynamics 365 CRM forms, fields, reports and other for generating a pleasant user experience;

— Coordinate and facilitate daily scrum meetings, product demonstrations;

— Ensure project progress and details are updated and reviewed with client regularly;

— Engage with the end user, establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship;

— Construct visual models to capture user requirements and business process flows.
