Project Manager in Penman

Hello! Our partner, the Ribs company, is looking for a Project Manager who can strengthen the company's delivery function, if you, like Ribs, are not afraid of difficulties and are result-oriented and ready to develop and earn together with Ribs, then you will be a good match for each other.

It will be necessary to do:

• current planning, estimation, allocation and setting of tasks and intermediate control;
• coordination of the development team (currently we have a functional principle of division of work and tasks from different projects);
• management of the delivery process for different projects (currently we have several small projects in the portfolio);
• participation in meetings with the client to identify project problems and solve them between team members when possible;
• organization of communication and sharing of positive experiences between projects;
• conducting performance evaluation of project team members ;
• quality control of project execution;
• to be proactive and constructively propose improvement of company processes.

It's great if you:

• have work experience - 2.5+ years exactly as RM;
• communicate in English at Intermediate+ level and fluent in Ukrainian;< /li>
• understand various project management methodologies;
• have good communication skills and can clearly formulate thoughts;
• can effectively and rationally allocate tasks;
• able to make important decisions and offer options for solving problems.
