IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in managing complex projects in a strategic or consultative capacity (3+ years of experience is highly desired.)
- Have Business Analysis or Quality Management experience.
- Experienced in establishing Agile processes (e.g. Scrum) from scratch and coaching Agile teams on the Client’s side.
- Excellent with communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Good at building strong relationships across the organization
- Proficient in project management tools and software (i.e., Trello, JIRA etc.)
- Strategic and organizational when thinking and have analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Qualified with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience in discovery, engagement and pre-sale phases.
