Experience of compiling and submitting administrative reports

Responsibilities (key tasks):

Monitoring the performance of tasks by other employees

Monitoring the performance of key indicators by department employees (achievement of goals)

Participation in project planning

Finding solutions and solving operational problems, improving operational processes

Formation of operational reporting according to the main areas of activity of the group of companies

Research new ideas and communication about them with analysts

Operational coordination of company employees (via Asana)

Implementation and digitization of business processes related to the company's operational activities

Analysis employee effectiveness

Tool or process effectiveness analysis
