Project Manager in EVNE Developers

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Project Manager to join our friendly team :)We are the EVNE Developers company. There are only 45 of us in the team, but we are not only about work, also about the team and support.Responsibilities:- Planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of projects from inception to completion.- Defining project goals, securing necessary resources, and managing budgets.- Developing and implementing strategies for risk mitigation and conflict resolution.- Leading project teams, including task assignment, monitoring performance, and providing reporting.- Ensuring timely and quality delivery of products/services.- Facilitating collaboration and interaction with all stakeholders, including clients, development team, and stakeholders.- Continuously improving project management processes and implementing best practices.Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with significant technical and/or corporate project experience.- Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and problem-solve.Nice to Have:- PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certifications.- Experience in technical fields or software development.- Experience in international projects and with multicultural teams.
