To thrive in this role, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience. Your proficiency in healthcare enterprise products will be highly advantageous in this role. About the project  Currently, the envisioned project is an application designed for patient management within hospital and nursing home networks in the United States, along with billing and insurance functionalities. Requirements: - Demonstrated proficiency in project management for a minimum of 5 years. - Proven ability to lead teams of 15 people or more, fostering motivation and teamwork. - Possesses a strategic mindset and robust analytical skills, dedicated to achieving business objectives. - Experience in business and system analysis, adept at stakeholder management and backlog prioritization. - Skilled in effective communication with customers, adept at cultivating fruitful client relationships. - Prior engagement in enterprise-level projects, showcasing comprehensive project management skills. - Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent facilitation and presentation abilities. - Experience with healthcare enterprise products is highly advantageous. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Coordinates the overall product strategy with the team, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned towards common goals. Manages expectations for multiple key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. People Management: Working with a team of 15+ employees, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective leadership. Organizes workflows in the development team, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Arranges and actively participates in all Agile and Scrum team meetings, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Product Lifecycle and Strategy Management: Explores user requests and looks for their pains, conducting thorough research to understand customer needs. Develops a comprehensive vision and product strategy, outlining clear objectives and priorities. Works closely on product functionality and priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Accompanies product development from idea to implementation, providing guidance and oversight at each stage. Transforms user stories into final requirements for developers, ensuring seamless implementation of features that meet user needs. Team: 20 members, developers, 2 BAs, 3 QAs, Technical writer, Supports.
