Project Manager in Meest Group

Required Skills:• Experience in project management roles within the finance sector for at least 2 years and more;• English upper-intermediate level+;• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;• Knowledge of requirements management, and configuration management methodologies, along with corresponding support tools, i.e., JIRA, Confluence, etc;• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:• Supervise projects in the finance domain;• Develop project documentation tailored to the financial context;• Customer development, which also includes work with integrators and partners in addition to customers;• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.• Collaborate and work effectively as a part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality financial services.Nice to have:- Technical background relevant to financial systems.
