Responsibilities: • Ensure projects are completed on time, ensuring high product quality.• Analyze and manage risks, as well as respond effectively to changes in the project in order to minimize the negative impact on the result.• Ensure transparency of processes and effective interaction between project participants, taking into account communication skills.• Organize the distribution of tasks and manage resources to optimize processes development, introducing new technologies and innovations. • Improve the work of the team, ensuring their satisfaction and motivation. • Provide reports on the work performed and achieved results. • Keep documentation of project decisions and development processes. Requirements: • Experience in a similar position from 1 to 2 years.• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Bash, SQL and Git, as well as an understanding of application and web services architecture.• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.• Skills in resource management and optimization of development processes, including task allocation. • Experience in managing risks and changes in software development projects. • Ability to formulate requirements and document project solutions, as well as the ability to quickly respond to changes in project requirements. • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and change, ability to effectively manage time and knowledge of development methodologies.
