Requirements:

1+ year of Project Manager experience in the IT field.

Understanding of methodologies.

Interface prototyping.

Process setup.

Knowledge of web programming and mobile development principles.

High communication skills, the ability to грамотно justify technical decisions both orally and in writing.

Ability to accurately measure and improve the results of the development department.

Experience in people management (teamwork organization).

Skills in creating work plans and technical tasks for programmers.

Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

Gathering project requirements.

Setting tasks for team members.

Planning process management (defining the plan and preparing for project implementation).

Project document management.

Analysis of ready-made technical solutions, selection of the best ones based on the data obtained.

Control over the deadlines for completing project tasks.

Communication with the team and the client, setting up the workflow (development, testing, requirements management).
